Rex: 'Nicole needs to grow up a bit'

Rex told Sara this morning that his girlfriend Nicole needs to "grow up a bit".

The chef spent the morning swimming and lifting weights alone as his other half sobbed in the luxury bedroom.

"I knew exactly what card she was going to play today," Rex told Sara, as she asked him to go and resolve the argument. "What she's trying to do is say that she really needed me last night. Yeah, needed me to have an argument with. She's got to grow up a bit."

Sara apologised for trying to get involved, saying: "I just don't like to see people upset."

"I went up to her last night and asked what was wrong and her words were, 'Just leave me alone'," Rex explained. "If I'd have gone on it would have turned into a massive argument."
