Kat's release throws group into panic

Kat was released from jail early this afternoon, causing the group to panic about her lack of task rehearsal time.

The housemate was sent to the outdoor cell early this morning after she talked about nominations for the second time in one week.

"Don't worry, you can do it. I'll help you," Rachel reassured her, as she worried about the routine.

Choreographer Rex was keen for Kat to play up the fact that she has a bad back and urged her to speak to Big Brother.

"I told them this morning that it's not that bad," Kat said.

Rex later became annoyed when Kat insisted on eating prior to rehearsing.

"Come on, Kat. Get the food down you!" he said.
