Mikey told Rachel today that current toothpaste tube tops are unsatisfactory. He said they either have caps that fall off or ones that don’t close properly and make the top of the paste go hard. He suggested that someone invents a new toothpaste cap that neither falls off nor makes a mess. "How would they do that?" Rachel enquired. Mikey said it would have to involve a screw top and a piece of string.

Sara revealed today that she fears falling down the steps if she is evicted. She told housemates she had been so nervous coming in that she couldn’t concentrate on her footing. The fact that she entered the Big Brother house with two other new people had made it easier, Sara said. She went on to say that she was pleased to have outlasted both Maysoon and Belinda. When she does get out, Sara said she can’t wait to watch Big Brother to see "what has been happening".

Lisa spent some of the afternoon painting Sara's nails ahead of tomorrow's eviction. She said she would top up the look in the morning if required. Nicole then asked if Lisa would do hers tomorrow, to be told it would be Lisa’s pleasure. They agreed that they would pamper each other as they got ready. Lisa described getting her nails done professionally at home as "heavenly", adding that she splashes out once a month for the treat.

The house’s softball league resumed today, when Darnell, Mohamed, Rachel and Sara took to the pitch for a match. Meanwhile, Kat swam in the pool singing along with Darnell. Words she did not know were substituted with "na, na, na".

Kathreya continued with her fitness routine this afternoon, despite the absence of personal trainer Stu. She bobbed up and down in the pool, lifting the hand weights and following Rex's instructions. "I'm doing water aerobics with PT Rex," Kat shouted to Lisa as she joined them in the garden.

Darnell and Sara discussed relationships this morning after they witnessed another argument between Rex and Nicole. Darnell said that in his "26 years of existence", relationships that involve a lot of arguing and a lot of tension still tend to last the longest. Sara disagreed with him, saying she thought the opposite.

Lisa told Sara that she should not apply the house's fake tan ahead of her possible eviction tomorrow. "Oh no, you would regret it. Have you seen what it has done to my feet?" she asked. The nominees were sitting in the garden when Sara revealed that she feels really scruffy in the house, adding that she has been wearing the same clothes for too long. Lisa agreed, saying she was running out of all her cosmetic products.

Mikey told Darnell and Mo today that he honestly believes the Head of House next week will decide who is to be evicted. Darnell said it was a crucial week for the post holder, adding that whoever wins the title will definitely make it into the last week of the show.
