Lisa suggested that housemates should "get smashed" over breakfast to provide entertaining footage today. She said if she had been given a bottle of champagne like Rex, she would immediately pop the cork and share it out. She said it would be a laugh, but Rex said he would share his bubbly later on when the group knew what they were celebrating.

The responsibility of housemates was called into question today when Rex suggested they could be given babies to look after this afternoon. "I don’t think they would leave us with a baby," Mikey pointed out.

Darnell told housemates that he had been "disrespecting music lately" as the group enjoyed a tune played into the house. He said it lifted his spirit and soul and deserved more time.

Lisa told Rex that she had seen Nicole behind one of the mirrors this morning. "Oh, Nicole is in the building," wailed Rex. Big Brother then reminded the group not to look behind the mirrors, while Lisa said Nicole had been looking at Rex. The chef then went from room to room looking at the mirrors and making his owl-like mating call to his ousted sweetheart.

Rex branded Mikey the "grumpiest man alive" today, while Mikey told Rex his gravestone would read: "RIP, Mr Selfish."

Rachel told her housemates today that she hopes all the remaining contestants will be up for eviction this week. She said she would prefer that to having to nominate on Monday, prompting Kat to agree. Mo was mimicking everything Rachel said during the brief conversation.

Men leaving the toilet seat up after visiting the loo was a topic of conversation today. Darnell said he always puts the seat back down thanks to the mother of an ex-girlfriend. He said the girl was not allowed men in the all-female house, but would be caught out by her mother if the toilet seat was up. Darnell said he learned to put the seat down to cover his tracks when visiting his former flame. Rachel said her brothers and father are good at returning the seat to its resting position, while Kat said her Prince Charming also has good toilet etiquette.

Mikey and Rachel discussed the idea of wasps eating caterpillars today. The chat came after Rachel saw a wasp taking one of her beloved pets away. "I didn't know wasps ate caterpillars, did you know that?" she asked Mikey, adding that she had a gruesome nightmare about the incident. Mikey said he had never heard the like, checking with Rachel that she had really seen it happen. Rachel said she had, adding that she was certain a few of the caterpillars had managed to escape before being eaten.

As the group were called to the Diary Room in a seemingly random order to collect their presents, Darnell grew impatient about receiving his. He was initially mocked for not wanting to be picked last, but Kat pointed out that Darnell would feel more put out to be picked a few people before the last person. "The last one is remembered. I hope he gets picked a few people before so he’s not special!" she joked.
