Glitzy costumes arrive for Vegas task

There were sequins and satin aplenty in the luxury bedroom tonight as housemates prepared to showcase their glimpse of Las Vegas.

The costumes were met with squeals of delight from the group, who dressed immediately under Mo's instruction.

Rachel worried that she and Lisa had been given new playing cards to perform with, while Lisa pointed out that the old ones had been "warmed up, so to speak".

The problem was quickly overtaken by the spectacle of Mikey dressed as a woman to take on the role of Kiki Dee and of Darnell's lime green and shimmering Elton John outfit.

Moans were heard as Kat attempted to squeeze into her illusionist's leotard and jazzy jacket. Amid the groans, Kat said she felt like a jacket potato. "Just keep pulling Kat," advised Rachel from across the room.

Croupiers Rachel and Lisa were given shirts, bow ties and waistcoats to wear, while glamorous assistant Sara wore a skimpy, sequined dress. Rachel told Sara she was going to look "well sexy", while Lisa helped her glue on glittery false eyelashes.

Escapologist Rex was unimpressed with his garb, revealing that the black leggings and roll neck were much the same as his rehearsal attire.
