The latest news snippets and gossip from the house...

  • Darnell told Kathreya that she was a "clever lady". As the pair sat in the bathroom, he said: "I respect you for it. You and Rex are the cleverest people in the house. It's not a bad thing." He added that it made him laugh that other housemates didn't see it, saying: "I still like you. I don't think you're a bad person." Kathreya replied that she "appreciated" his comments, but disagreed. "I don't think I'm a clever person at all," she admitted.

  • Darnell revealed that if he knew the public liked him he would be happy to leave the house now. Kathreya told him that she believed she was in danger of eviction, although Darnell disagreed. "People can like me or hate me," she pointed out, but Darnell replied: "No they can't!" Kathreya said she could be viewed as annoying, but Darnell told her that even if that was true, no-one would want to admit it. "No-one's going to be: 'Oh, she's too happy,'" he reassured her.

  • The housemates spent most of the night discussing who had nominated who after Big Brother gave them permission. Rachel declared that she didn't mind that Mohamed had voted for as he had his reasons, but Kathreya was shocked and laughed as she accused him of lying to her. "What did you expect me to do?" Mohamed asked. Mohamed himself was surprised after Sara admitted nominating him nearly every week, and mimed being stabbed in the back.

  • Mohamed confessed that he had seen Rachel write down that she was nominating Rex and almost changed his vote to her. "I was like: 'You bitch!'" he explained. However, he confessed he hadn't done so as he didn't know how to spell Rachel. Meanwhile, Rachel laughed: "I thought Kat was going to kill me!" She revealed that she had nominated Rex as she hadn't liked him recently. "I didn't like you when Nicole was here," she added. "You were horrible, Rex, horrible."

  • Sara claimed that she had considered nominating Rex instead of Rachel. "He's been mean to me recently," she told Michael. "It's not like I haven't seen it." However, she added that she couldn't bring herself to write down his name. "I understand," Michael replied, knowingly.

  • Darnell expressed frustration with Sara, pointing out that he couldn't talk to her as she just replied: "I don't care, whatever." He repeated that he had been upset when she hadn't thought they were close, as he knew he would have to nominate her at some point. He wondered why he had been "tearing himself up" over it when she didn't care. He added that lots of other things added to the problems, as Rachel was nominated, he fell out with Dale, Nicole came in and Kathreya and Mohamed fell out.

  • Michael and Darnell discussed the "control" Rex has. Michael said Sara has "stars in her eyes" for the chef, but Darnell said he didn't blame Rex for being in control. "We're all grown," he pointed out. "We don't have to choose to follow." The pair agreed that it had been horrible for Sara to agree with Rex that if they passed the shopping task, they shouldn't celebrate, and Darnell admitted that he would have "lost it" if that happened. The duo also told Kathreya that it was "obvious" he had previously nominated Rachel. "Actions speak louder than words," Michael noted.
