Davina McCall revealed that Big Brother producers had called a "crisis meeting" to discuss the possibility of a draw because the result was so close.
Lisa left to a cheers which the host described as "really the best reception we’ve had for any housemate all series". The beauty sales rep lapped up the attention with shouts of: "This is wicked! Fantastic!"
Davina handed her a wedding ring-shaped balloon as she greeted her on the podium.
The highlights of Lisa's interview:
On the housemates who nominated her: "I think they’ve stuck together. I knew it was going that way. Nothing has come as a shock."
On sharing her prize money with Sara: "I’ve got a good heart, I would share... The lads are gamblers, they’re risk takers. It showed the way they grabbed their food and drink within the house... It’s gonna cause a little bit of jealousy."
On Rex and Darnell’s behaviour towards Sara: "I think [Rex] is picking on her. Sara can stick up for herself, she’s very outspoken... I had a chat with her a few weeks ago and I said: ‘Be aware of how the lads are treating you because they just want to press your buttons.’"
On Rex: "He’s quite controlling. I’ve had a go at Rex before about the way he speaks to people. Rex tried it on with me a little bit, tried to talk down to me. But since I had a word he’s not done it."
On getting engaged: "It was a total shock. It was so romantic, it was like a movie. Worth waiting for, it means so much."
On a selection of her "Lisa-isms" including her guinea pig training and alien sightings: "Who is that crazy woman? We saw the little green man move and in the morning the tent was gone... I had 100 guinea pigs but just a few of them trotted to the fridge. It’s the way I word it!"
On Rachel: "She followed us everywhere. She was flirting with [Mario], it was quite obvious... Maybe it’s just insecurities. You’re in a small space, Mario had just got married, you get paranoid."
Davina ended the interview by bringing Mario on to the stage to hug his fiancée.
