BB Rex: "I did cheat on Nicole"

Big Brother contestant Rex Newmark has confessed that he did cheat on his 19-year-old girlfriend.

The executive chef said he has talked to Nicole Cammack about his indiscretion, adding: "We'll work it out."

He told OK: "I was on holiday with pals and had too many shandies. I ended up at a lapdancing club. My pal ended up sleeping with one dancer. I didn't sleep with anyone, though.

"I was drunk when a lapdancer approached me, wrapped her legs around me and kissed me.

"I have confessed all to Nicole and she has forgiven me. I'm sorry for what I have done."

The couple repeatedly argued in the house over allegations that he cheated during a holiday to Las Vegas.

However, Newmark insisted that being on the show with his girlfriend had made their relationship stronger.

"I actually did think about popping the question in the house. Nicole is 'The One' so that would make me a very happy boy," he said.
