Reports have suggested that the 43-year-old had a one-night stand with a blonde called Victoria last month.
Her boyfriend Duncan Hoare said Mario chatted Victoria up when they bumped into him at the Premier Inn Hotel in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, where Big Brother is filmed. The pair then allegedly enjoyed a "five-hour" romp shortly before he popped the question to Lisa live on air.
Mario was caught on CCTV kissing Victoria on the cheek, but he denies that their flirtation went further.
He told the Daily Star Sunday: "I was in the bar and getting a lot of attention. Everyone wanted to chat to me. I remember this girl being very over-friendly.
"I kissed a lot of people that night and that’s all it was with her. It’s all a set-up."
