BB Imogen 'loses £30K on salon'

Big Brother 7 contestant Imogen Thomas has reportedly lost £30,000 in a failed salon.

Thomas's nail bar in Cardiff closed after three months because of a lack of customers, according to the Daily Star.

Manager Rebecca Rowsell said: "We would only have five or six customers a week and the takings were really low at one point.

"I was the only one left and I was working until 7pm some nights doing everything from treatments to looking after the money.

"It was really stressful and Imogen was never there. We would have men coming in late at night asking to have their private parts waxed - I found it horrible and intimidating."

Speaking about working for the reality show contestant, Roswell added: "She was around at the beginning but after that she disappeared to London. She never spent a full day there once the launch was over.

"In my opinion, Imogen wasn't the best of bosses."

Thomas commented: "The passion had just gone. There were not enough customers in Cardiff... Sometimes the boss can't be there and I'm really busy with my modelling in London at the moment."
