The BB2 housemate recently announced plans to make an official West End production based on the series, while host Davina McCall has suggested that the show itself could end in two years' time.
Hosking told DS: "What I want to do is provide a true end-to-end Big Brother experience.
"It has to be true to the programme, which is why it's absolutely paramount that I have Endemol involved in this.
"We can then provide the content, the logos, the music, Davina, the Diary Room, Marcus Bentley - all of that - so it will be like being on Big Brother."
He added: "Davina hinted that the show may wind up in two years' time. I think there's always a need for it.
"People will always think, 'I wanted some of that that experience', and maybe a West End production is something that can fill the hole."
