The banking assistant, who lost out to Freddie (aka Halfwit), left to boos and chants from the crowd but laughed as she walked down the stairs.
She then sat down with Davina and this week's guests, comedian Dom Joly and behavioural expert Judy James, to discuss her time in the house.
The highlights of Sophia's interview:
On whether she was surprised to be evicted: "No. I mean at the end of the day, it's nothing to do with whoever is in the house... the public see everything, the public make their decision. Respect to the public."
On Saffia offering her an olive branch after their argument: "I thought... if I'm gonna do something like that, I'm gonna do it cause I mean it, not for the cameras. She came at me and she never did the olive branch thing until everyone was there... We just didn't get on, that's what it was for me."
On the suggestion that Saffia may have left because of Kris and Sophie: "What, that they're getting jiggy with it? Wow, did she [like him?] I didn't know that... maybe cause I wasn't studying her alot. Wow!"
Asked for his views of Sophia, Dom Joly said: "Until this evening I wanted Halfwit to go. He's the single most cringe-worthy person, he gives posh people a bad name... Then I saw tonight and I have two words really - Napoleon complex."
Judy James said of Sophia's clash with Saffia: "Recklessness doesn't even begin to describe it. You went into a house structured on a hierarchical buildup... so you have this strong top layer, which is Saffia, Kris, Charlie and Karly... [but] you bypassed the other ones and went straight to the leader, which was Saffia."
Sophia on her temper: "I don't fear a single human being, I fear God... If you come directly at me when I'm not expecting it, woomph, I'm gonna bite back... If you don't come at me I'm actually quite a chilled person, a happy person."
On her favourite moment: "There are some comedians in there. Cairon is so funny, Sree is something else. We are like brother and sister. He will irritate me to the point where I just want to kill him and then [say something sweet]."
On her regrets: "I didn't know I was coming across that aggressive, so if anything it taught me to step back a bit... but I was myself."
On who will be nominated next: "Freddie. He and Lisa just had a massive argument."
