Kris kisses Sophie

Kris and Sophie have become the first housemates to kiss, while in the Big Brother pool.

While Sophie sat out on the edge of the poolside, Kris swam over, put his arm around her and pulled her to his chest.

Submerged up to her neck, Sophie - or Dogface as she's now known - said: "It's cold, it's freezing. I've got nipples going on and everything."

They began to drift closer and as they leant in for what looked like a kiss, Angel and Charlie's presence prompted Sophie to pull away.

While the footage was inconclusive, the Big Brother Twitter blog confirmed the pair had properly kissed.

"Kris and Dogface...did they just kiss?," a post questioned.

"Yes, they did is the answer. 'Quick, tender and sexy' according to our resident kissing expert."

A subsequent post then enquired as to whether the pair had kissed on the lips, to which Big Brother tweeted a definitive 'yes'.

Ex-housemate Saffia has said that her decision to leave the house had nothing to do with the pair's blossoming romance.
