Sophie: 'I'm protecting myself'

Sophie has confided in Karly about her recent behaviour towards Kris.

While chatting in the bedroom, the glamour model admitted that she was playing it cool because she did not want to get hurt.

Karly told Sophie that Kris feels like he is making all the effort in the relationship.

The FHM High Street Honey said Kris did not want to get his heart broken, especially on television.

"I was dying to say, 'She [Sophie] doesn't want to come up to you because ...'," Karly continued.

She added: "I didn't want to say anything. I said you both need to speak 'cause it's silly. And it is just silly."

Sophie explained: "I've done it before when I've put my feelings there and then got hurt. You do protect yourself a bit."
