Pete: 'BB10 housemates are ignorant'

Big Brother 7 winner Pete Bennett has said that the current series is full of "ignorant" people.

He told The Mirror that the show has been made to "look less fun" and adopted a more serious image since he took part three years ago.

"My time was more fun and silly you know, but it seems that the current housemates are a bit plastic, innit," he said.

"There are a lot of ignorant people in the house at the moment."

He revealed that he still speaks to BB7 housemates Glyn, Aisleyne, Richard and Leah and that he has the entire season on DVD.

"Sometimes [I] do watch certain bits, except when it gets up with me and Nicky, it's mad," he said.

He also pondered his popularity with the women while he was in the Big Brother house, saying: "It was having all these girls around me; they all fancied me, didn't they?

"So I was more like retreating into a shell, really difficult. Especially Lea's big breasts were very overpowering although I did like them!"
