The Irish retail manager, who is up for the public vote alongside Siavash, Sophie and Karly, said that there is no-one in the house she can "talk to or relate to" and complained that she feels "isolated".
"I don't know whether they've isolated me or I've isolated myself from them," she said in the Diary Room.
"I know I made a choice of not hanging around certain people because I didn't like their personalities or I got a bad vibe off them. But I don't feel a connection with the people I do hang around with either."
When asked to elaborate, she explained that Lisa intimidates her while Sophie, who she likes, has distanced herself.
"I feel like I'm a kid in a playground who hasn't got anyone to play with. I want to play - but I don't want to force people to by me friend," she said.
