The 21-year-old lost out to fellow nominees Sophie, Siavash and Noirin in the public vote.
After Davina announced the result, Karly looked at her boyfriend Kenneth and began to cry.
"That's not fair," Noirin said. "Karly, enjoy it. Enjoy every minute. That's cruel, that's actually really cruel."
Karly hurriedly hugged her housemates goodbye before kissing Kenneth and leaving the house.
Karly is the sixth contestant with full housemate status to be evicted after Kris lost the public vote last week. Sree, Angel, Sophia and Cairon were the first four official housemates to be evicted, Saffia walked out and Beinazir was evicted after failing to gain housemate status.
Kenneth entered the house along with four other new contestants merely minutes before Karly was voted out.
