Bea bookies' favourite new housemate

Bea has made the most favourable impression of all the new housemates so far, according to the bookies.

After being in the house for less than 48 hours, betting agents William Hill have given the bohemian student odds of 12/1 to win the show.

This already places her ahead of original housemates Noirin, Marcus and Lisa, as well as the four other new arrivals.

Meanwhile, William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams commented on the low interest that this year's series has sparked.

He said: "Turnover is down well over 60 per cent on last year, so we are desperate for things to improve.

"We just need to hope that the new housemates spark some interest."

Freddie is still the favourite to triumph with odds of 15/8, followed by Siavash at 7/2.
