The pair chatted in the living room following a conversation between Freddie and Charlie about how to deal with negativity in the house.
Freddie said: "It's like [Charlie's] scared of negative situations, and that, ironically enough, aggravates the thing.
"He's a good soul. But I think he's also scared of appearing to be anything other than completely nice," he went on.
Marcus said: "The best thing to do with regard to Charlie is to go out of your way to remove negative things from his path."
"So much stuff goes over his head. He is what he is, and we can see things before he can see them, so it's down to us to make sure he has fun. He's here just to have fun, not to pick people's brains. Not in a bad way, but he is a completely one-dimensional character in here."
