Uchea met the fashion designer at the Vendome in Mayfair and they apparently formed a friendship.
An insider told DS: "I can confirm that Charley will now be appearing in the show with Nicole.
"The billionaire fashion designer and party girl Charley are set to become the UK's answer to Paris and Nicole Richie."
Sconciaforni's fly-on-the-wall show is expected to follow her as she works in New York and London and meets up with her celebrity pals around the world. Her showbiz friends include Kelly Brook, Amelle Berrabah and Kimberly from the Pussycat Dolls.
