Chatting to Freddie at the bus stop, the recruitment consultant explained that she had been "really outspoken" in the Diary Room.
"When you go to the Diary Room to get things off your chest, and you are explicit about what you're saying, no holds barred, and then you come out, you've had that cathartic effect," she noted. "You come out and you can be quite decent. Maybe that is going to look two-faced."
"I don't go around bitching about people," she continued. "If I've got something to say I will, after careful consideration and weighing up the situation."
Referring to Lisa, Bea asked: "Will people think I'm two-faced if one moment I'm slagging her off and the next moment I'm being pleasant to her and responding to what she says?"
Bea also talked to Marcus about her anxieties. "I don't want to be too negative about things," she admitted. "It does affect the dynamics of the group."
"Don't do what Hira did, though," Marcus warned, but Bea said that wouldn't happen.
"I need to get things off my chest, but I'm also quite considerate," she declared. "I don't want to express myself to the point of upsetting the whole house."
