She expressed her unhappiness at the way Marcus had treated her following her reaction to the news that Marcus had hidden cigarettes under his bed, despite not being a smoker.
Speaking to Freddie in the garden, she said: "Marcus doesn't like people thinking worse of him, and he makes people feel bad about thinking worse of him, even though they're entitled to their opinion.
As Freddie pondered her opinion, she continued: "So there is emotional manipulation. Why does Marcus think he's so infallible that he can't do anything wrong?"
She later repeated these thoughts to David and Lisa, before confronting Marcus over the way he had assumed she was horrified by his actions.
"You assumed I was thinking the worst when I wasn't, so you were making an assumption about me. Shock is shock, I'm not responsible for your interpretation of my expression," she told him.
He responded by telling her: "I wouldn't have reacted the same way. It was a judgement call on whether you trust someone."
The conversation ended when Bea became frustrated and walked off to go to the Diary Room. Marcus and Freddie continued to discuss the incident, while Siavash tried to mediate.
"You can't expect people to think and react in the same way," he told the pair.
