Freddie, along with Siavash and Marcus, had been sent to jail for rule-breaking and were in the Diary Room complaining that they could not be expected to sit out in the direct sunlight all day.
The Oxford graduate then took issue with Big Brother's response to put more clothes on to protect their skin. After calling them "fucking idiots", he stormed out swearing.
As punishment, all housemates were later ordered to return their luxury budget, which they received after successfully completing the Alice in Wonderland task.
The incident later sparked a huge row between Bea and Freddie after she branded him "a rebel without a cause".
Marcus defended Freddie's reaction, telling Bea: "No single person in this house would have sat there and taken that shit.
"They were being complete arseholes and they knew it... it was such a badly thought out punishment," he said of Big Brother.
Although many of the housemates spent the evening moaning about Freddie, they were optimistic that they could survive without their luxury shopping.
"We've got plenty. Beans on toast, pasta, lentils and rice and loads of milk," commented Charlie.
"There's enough. It's only bloody three days," agreed Lisa.
