Freddie vows to be more positive

He told Big Brother in the Diary Room that his goal for the day was to escape the "negative box" he has been trapped in.
"Any positivity you see from me is a rejection of any negative thoughts," he explained.
"Bea wants to be seen as a nice person, which is fair enough, but if that means dumping all of the negativity on someone else then, that's not so nice."
Freddie added that he hoped the task Big Brother was giving housemates today would cheer them up and give them a chance to do something fun like singing.
He also revealed that he has stopped smoking.
