Marcus had repeatedly said that he likes Bea and was trying to help, but she soon admitted that she was getting upset.
"I don't want to argue with you," she remarked. "I just want you to accept what I've said. It's very tempting to say, 'You know what, I want to go home'. This is a tough situation, and I'm really trying."
"I'm not having a go at you," Marcus replied, but Bea soon began to cry.
"You speak nothing but negativity," she declared. "It just starts upsetting me."
Marcus announced that it was "not a nice way to behave" and noted: "When people say anything back to you, you get like this."
As Charlie comforted her, Bea stormed to the Diary Room and shouted: "I'm going in here to tell them you're a fucking bully."
"You can't just do whatever the fuck you like," Marcus said. "I'm sorry, Bea. You can't just be mindlessly horrible to people and then act like this as soon as you get it back."
"If you can't take it, don't give it out," Bea argued. "I'm really upset."
