The window-fitter is up for the public vote against Freddie.
According to bookies William Hill, Marcus has been placed as the one to go on almost every Big Brother bet made.
Spokesman Rupert Adams said: "We have been scratching our heads over how Marcus has lasted this long.
"Our punters obviously think it's time for him to return to his Mum."
The current odds stand at 1/6 for Marcus, while Freddie is at 7/2.
Meanwhile, Sophie has emerged as the new favourite to win the show, currently standing at 9/4 as former favourite Siavash slips to joint third with Charlie at 7/2.
