During nominations, Marcus, Lisa, David, Charlie and Bea all put forward two names as asked. However, when Siavash was called to the Diary Room, he refused to play by the rules.
The Iranian stated: "Biggie, someone has got to go up. Everyone has suddenly noticed that Bea is a negative person. That is everything I hate about the game."
He continued: "I am not going to blame the players as they are in the game and have to play the game, so I am going to blame the game and not nominate."
Big Brother advised Siavash that he would be nominating anyway and that he would be informed of his choices in due course.
On leaving the Diary Room, Siavash told the other housemates: "I think something really bad has happened. I don't know what."
Sophie also refused to nominate and, like Siavash, was told that she had no say in the matter.
Big Brother decided that the first two people Siavash came into contact with would be his nominations, while the first two names Sophie said would count as her choices.
As a result, Siavash put forward Bea and Sophie, while Sophie's votes were counted against Rodrigo and Bea.
In total, Bea received five nominations and Marcus and David received three each.
They will all face the public vote and one will be evicted on Friday.
