The TV presenter revealed that he could imagine the pair being friends outside the house.
However, Tickle admitted that he does not feel the same about Bea, saying on the show's official website: "Clearly the housemates have had it with Bea."
He also said that he was impressed with the House of Horrors task and praised the show's producers for making the house look so impressive.
The Braniac host admitted that he had not watched as much of season ten as he would have liked due to his busy work schedule.
He added that with "so many housemates going in and walking out in one series", it had been hard to keep up with events.
