The 24-year-old, who was repeatedly booed by the studio audience, admitted that she found the experience "tough".
Davina asked whether the public had seen the real Bea, to which she responded: "I think you did, although I'm starting to wonder if I might need to change that!"
Defending her behaviour, she continued: "I think I've just been honest."
She told viewers that it was a challenge to enter the show halfway through.
"It's difficult. You run the risk of being a bit of an impostor, but they were very welcoming," she said, adding: "My intention was just to go in and get on with everybody."
Bea refuted accusations that she went into the house purely to stir things up, and argued that "everyone should have their say".
Talking about her situation with Freddie, she explained: "What people don't realise if they haven't been in the house... It's such a bubble.
"In your normal life you've got distractions - work and your friends. I'm a woman of extremes."
Bea then moved on to discuss her fellow housemates. She stood by her comment that Noirin was a "hussy", and described Marcus as having a "heart of gold".
Speaking about Rodrigo, the recruitment consultant said: "He jokes an awful lot but you cannot tell when he's joking and when he's genuinely upset."
Bea concluded by saying that although she had "fun" in the house, a lot of the time it was "quite boring".
