Sitting in the bath talking to Sophie and Marcus, he told them: "If I'm lying about what I said, then I'll pay the price."
Some of the housemates had earlier accused him of playing "the nice guy" in order to avoid being nominated. Siavash has refused to nominate for the past few weeks, claiming he has no reason to nominate anyone.
Siavash defended himself by saying: "I've done what I think is right."
Marcus reasoned: "But it's the whole thing of you're doing things to get a result. They're saying you're in a position of safety."
"There's only a week left anyway," Siavash said. "Let's just see what the fuck happens. I've made a lot of mistakes in this house and I will pay for them."
Meanwhile, in a conversation with Charlie, Rodrigo branded the events manager "a liar".
"He just wants to be the nice one. If he was so nice heart he wouldn't cheat on his girlfriend," remarked Rodrigo.
Siavash was also the subject of conversation between Lisa and David as they lay in bed.
"People in here have got reasonable reasons [to nominate]. They have, I know they have, I saw it with my own fucking eyes," said Lisa.
"I know love," assured David.
"Let's just see what happens and deal with it when it does," he continued.
Speculation about who has been nominated continued amongst housemates throughout the evening.
