Marcus has become the eleventh official housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother house after receiving 64% of the public vote.

The window fitter, who lost out to Siavash, grinned as he left the compound to a mixture of cheers and boos. He thanked the audience for coming, while Davina joked: "It's as if he's the winner."

The 35-year-old even grabbed a fan's camera and took a picture of them from the stage.

He then sat down with Davina and this week's guests, Grace Dent and Andi Peters, to discuss his time in the house.

The highlights of Marcus's interview:

On being evicted: "I've never been defeated. I wanted to go three weeks ago, people only kept me in to torture me. If I say something, I do actually mean it. I don't just flap my gums for the sake of it."

On why he didn't walk: "Because of how many people wanted to go in the house. For gratitude's sake. Until you go in you don't know what it's like. People say there are always things to do in there but they take them away from you, and you only have to break the rules, but that affects other people. You have to listen to people moan for the week."

On his negative sides: "What do they want from a housemate? You want all the good stuff and all the bad stuff."

On his attitude towards Big Brother: "You've got to give them a little bit of stick. You can't just sit around and accept everything they tell you all the time."

On whether he has a negative attitude towards women: "Bollocks. It's because I've got these two friends, and because we spend a lot of time together, I try to do jokes to be outrageous. They've built up immunity so I've really, really got to go some. I forget other people are not at the high level my friends are at."

On his behaviour: "There is nothing I did in the house that was serious. Not one single thing."

On his "disgusting" habits: "Like none of you lot do that stuff. At least I admit it. What you see is what you get."

On the "graveyard shift": "I could have been one of the people who do it next to other people. I had the lowest tally - seven, seven and a bit. Rodrigo was on double figures next to somebody else in bed!"

On Noirin: "There's just little things that happened under duvets and stuff like that. I knew it was 99.99% that nothing would happen but I was bored so I took the 0.01%. I was just going to carry on doing it with regardless."

On being upset when Noirin kissed Siavash: "No, I was upset with the whole situation when the new housemates came in. That was the first time I really saw how gameplans were affecting things. Honestly, I always had my foot in the door so I wouldn't get upset if that thing happened."

On gameplans: "I didn't have a plan, that was my gameplan. I saw other people's; it's hard not to when you're stuck in a room. I have three times the speed of perception than anyone else."

On being told he was a good housemate: "Yes, I was."
