The events organiser lost out to Sophie, who was named the winner.
Siavash hugged her goodbye and told her: "I love you," before walking across to the exit stairs. He then hesitated and said: "I can't do this, Biggy."
After nervously greeting the audience, he sat down with Davina to talk about his time in the house.
The highlights of Siavash's interview:
On how he felt about leaving the house: "Oh my God, this is ridiculous."
On contemplating walking out of the show: "It's something that I really needed to do. I just felt that I didn't deserve to be in the final."
He told Davina that he felt Sophie would get further if he left. "But I'm really glad I stayed," he added.
On Noirin: "Do we have to [talk about her]? I'm not watching."
Davina then asked him what he would like to say to his ex-girlfriend. He replied: "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry if you're watching. Things are really weird inside the house, things happen."
As the crowd booed Noirin, he said: "There are no hard feelings towards Noirin, she did nothing wrong."
On not nominating: "I wanted to go up for eviction." He further admitted that he felt "proud" when his fellow housemates did not put him up for the public vote.
