The model took Angel's collage of the group with her as she left the living area, before running back when she realised that she had forgotten her make-up.
"Oh my God, you're having a laugh," she exclaimed. "I seriously didn't think I'd win."
The 20-year-old left the house to huge cheers as the crowd chanted her name. She grinned as the fireworks were set off and she posed for press photographs.
She then sat down with Davina to chat about her time on the series.
The highlights of Sophie's interview:
On winning the show: "I never thought I'd win. I didn't think I'd get on the show. I thought it would be Rodrigo or Charlie. I seriously never thought I'd win. I can't believe it, honestly."
On her relationship with Kris: "It's just... I've read some stuff. Obviously I need to speak to him and stuff."
On whether she had sex with Kris: "Oh, I knew you were going to ask me that! I can swear on my chihuahua's life I didn't."
On Rodrigo: "I love him so much, honestly. I love him so much. I love you!"
On what winning means to her: "I've never won anything in my life. I never thought I'd actually win this. I just feel really accepted by people. Obviously because I get my boobs out for a living, people think it's tacky, I'm an airhead, I have no personality. I just feel accepted, like people can see past that."
