Former Australian Big Brother housemate Rory Ammon has been barred from going into any pubs or clubs in Geelong for at least three months after allegedly assaulting police.
Officers reportedly had to use pepper spray on Ammon, who was was apparently drunk and aggressive towards a female taxi driver.
Sergeant Tony Francis told the Geelong Advertiser: "He refused to give his details, stating that police should know who he was. He was subsequently arrested for offensive behaviour, offensive language and failing to state his name and address."
Police apparently arrested and handcuffed the 23-year-old but he was sprayed with the defensive spray when he lashed out with his legs and refused to get into their vehicle.
Ammon, who described the officers' behaviour as "barbaric and uncalled for", said yesterday: "The police definitely took things too far... I think it's wrong for them to try and make a spectacle out of me in front of the rest of Geelong."
