The Big Brother US season nine winner allegedly used his $500,000 (£300,954) prize to fund a prescription drug ring and was detained last month after being determined a flight risk by a Boston federal judge.
According to TMZ, court papers filed in Massachusetts on behalf of the 31-year-old claim that he is also prepared to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet, hand over his passport, and undergo mental health and/or substance abuse counselling.
If convicted, Jasinski faces up to 20 years behind bars. According to the documents, he plans on "calling into question the veracity of the co-operating government witness... entrapment and outrageous government conduct" as part of his defence.
