Boy George's CBB hopes blocked by courts

The singer and DJ had previously been turned down by a probation officer on December 9.
Having unsuccessfully challenged the original refusal, his lawyer maintained that George recognised he "wholly deserved" the 15 month prison sentence.
The 48-year-old had been jailed for handcuffing and beating a male escort last year.
Richard Clayton from the Probation Service said that the criminal justice system would have been undermined if the star was to earn "a lucrative sum of money" from the show.
Reports suggest that the ex-Culture Club singer, real name George O'Dowd, had already agreed a £200,000 fee to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house in January.
