The Big Brother 10 contestant claimed that there were too many people involved in making and following the programme for it to end forever after the 2010 series.
"I think it will go away, but it will come back. It will do a Gladiators," he told DS. "It will go away for a few years and then come back.
"It's a British institution. There are too many people who are too involved in it. There are some people, who that is all they do all summer."
Speaking about how his life has changed over the past 12 months, he said: "It's easier to pick up women. I won't lie to you. Aside from that, not much has changed really. Money is bit easier to come by.
"I'd say a few more people recognise me, but I'm quite famous around where I live anyway. So, there's not been a big change in being recognised and people saying hello. But overall, it's been overwhelmingly positive and I haven't had anyone saying horrible things to me."
Big Brother 11 starts on Wednesday, June 9 at 9pm on Channel 4.
