During a tour of the new house, creative director Phil Edgar Jones also promised that the final run will be one of the "funniest" yet.
Speaking inside the new compound, Jones said: "It's a twisted carnival. There's little elements of The Wizard of Oz you can see. It's the last carnival in town. It's the last hurrah.
"I think that's the idea behind the whole series. Welcome to the mad house."
When asked about potential tasks for the housemates, he said: "I don't want to reveal the tasks. We've got a whole board of stuff we want to do, but I don't want to leak anything out because the housemates are still in the outside world. And a lot of them will involve tricks."
Jones continued: "We've got some really great funny ideas. I want it to be a really funny series. The best of Big Brother is when you watch people arsing around and people are laughing their socks off at what we have got people to do. There's lots to come. Launch night is going to start it all off in a serious way."
Big Brother 11 starts on Wednesday, June 9 at 9pm on Channel 4.
