While she was in the bathroom, the Tree told Shabby, referring to her as 'Scabby', that she had to have a 'close encounter' with Ben.
Her challenge was to stay within arm's length of Ben until 5pm this evening. She also had to pay Ben 20 compliments. If she was able to complete the task she would win a special treat for herself and a friend, if she failed she would face the wrath of the Tree.
As she attempted to complete her task, Shabby found herself talking to Ben about their argument the night before. While this meant she easily stayed within arm's reach of him for the required period, it became increasingly difficult for her to pay him compliments as they were discussing their disagreement.
As 5pm approached, the housemates settled down for a roast dinner. Ben and Shabby joined them having settled their differences. However, the Tree of Temptation was less than happy with Shabby's efforts when she later returned to the bathroom.
"He's so boring," the Tree claimed of Ben. The Tree then said that Shabby had one more chance to give him 20 compliments in the next half an hour; she also had to hug him for at least one minute without letting go. The Tree then warned her not to mess it up, "You really don't want to mess with me," warned the Tree, before sending Shabby on her way. "Now sod off and do what I said."
