Shabby, Sunshine and Dave picked up the most votes from their fellow housemates, the Channel 4 website has confirmed.
It is the third consecutive week that wannabe actress Shabby and minister Dave have been selected for the public vote.
However, there will be another 'Save and Replace' challenge tomorrow, which will allow the trio one final chance to escape eviction and choose another housemate to take their place.
Dave won the 'Hickory Dickory Dock' task in week one, which allowed him to swap places with Rachael, while Shabby triumphed last time around and evaded the second vote.
Details of this week's 'Save And Replace' challenge, which is expected to take place tomorrow, will be revealed this evening.
