While washing clothes in the bathroom, the 25-year-old from Bristol asked Mario and David if they had started to feel strange in their three weeks in the house. They both said that they had been affected mentally.
She told them: "I think I'm starting to go a bit crazy in here." David asked: "How's your memory? Mine is shot. Like I can't even remember lyrics to songs I really like." Mario agreed, saying that not only could he not remember lyrics, he had even forgotten the name of his favourite band.
Josie then said that she was scared by the thought of "six million" people watching her on Big Brother. She explained: "When I think of six million people watching this, it makes me want to have a panic attack."
Later, Josie spoke to Ife about her concerns. Ife admitted that she felt claustrophobic, saying: "If the walls could just move back two inches, and there was a bit more space, I'd be fine." Josie said that she was starting to question who she was. She explained: "I'm starting to wonder, 'Am I really that girl who goes and has a bitch in the Diary Room and then goes out and is nice to everyone's faces?' Because I don't think I am that girl, but I do it."
She added: "I just don't want to be the girl who loses her marbles in the Big Brother house."
Overhearing the conversation, Nathan told her: "You've got to get that out of your head now, or you'll never make it to week 13. You've got to stop thinking that, sweetie."
