John James, Josie argue over past comment

John James and Josie have had a disagreement this afternoon after reliving an argument from last week.

As the two relaxed in the garden, conversation turned to a comment Josie made in the aftermath of the Australian housemate's arguments with Ben and Sunshine about him being an inherently angry person.

John James scolded her for becoming too personal and presuming that she knew anything about his life. "I said I think there’s something angry inside you," Josie clarified. "It’s not normal to go around picking arguments with everybody in the house about something that’s so irrelevant."

John James replied: "What's normal?"

Laughing at his response, Josie explained that she was entitled to state her opinion, even if it was incorrect, saying: "If I've got an opinion I'm initially gonna think I'm right, aren't I?".

John James argued back that on the night in question, Josie had not merely been expressing her opinon but rather making concrete statements about his character.

"You sat there and told me, 'Yes you are, yes you are [an angry man]'," he said. Josie shrugged and said that she still believed this to be true.

The pair appeared to drop the subject but Josie continued to dig at John James throughout the afternoon, half-jokingly criticising him for being "arrogant" and thinking he is "too good for 90% of people" during a later conversation with Caoimhe.
