Josie and John James have ended their dispute this evening.

After Big Brother called Josie to the Diary Room to talk to John James, the housemates had speculated whether the Australian would be leaving the house. Their fears further escalated when Josie left the Diary Room alone.

"He just won't let things go," Josie explained. "He's being so immature. If he can't deal with being called 'crab eyes', how's he going to cope with the stuff newspapers will say about him?"

She then revealed to the house that Big Brother had asked the duo to tell each other three things they like about the other one. While Josie had named eight traits, John James had refused to describe any at all.

Later when John James left the Diary Room, the two had a final chat about their dispute.

"'I've got nothing against you Josie, I really don't, but it's just a misunderstanding. It's just my own issues so don’t feel bad but we're just two completely different people," John James said.

"In the outside world if I'm friends with someone I don’t throw away friendships. It's just difficult for me to live in this house under mine and your circumstances. It's easier for you 'cos you've got Caoimhe. It's probably my own fault 'cos I've clung onto you," he added.

Caoimhe then joined the two to check up on their discussions and give her verdict on the situation.

"He doesn't want to be made fun of [for] his physical appearance," Caoimhe explained. "No slagging over physical appearance - keep to personality.

"Physical appearance jokes go too far - we all have issues with ourselves."

While Josie maintained that she never called John James 'crab eyes' the two put their difference behind them and later joked in the snug about the argument.
