Josie: 'I don't really fancy John James'

Josie has retracted her statement about fancying John James.

Yesterday, she admitted that she liked John James after being grilled by the other female housemates about their close relationship. Since then, she has admitted to feeling awkward around him.

Caoimhe offered to chat to the Australian last night about what was discussed among the girls, and he told her he thinks of Josie as more of a ‘sister'.

This morning, John James and Caoimhe talked about how best to deal with the awkward situation.

“She hasn’t spoken to me since,” he said.

“She’ll be grand with you today, I swear,” Caoimhe assured him.

“I don’t think so,” replied John James. “I don’t now why anyone had to say anything.”

Later, Josie told Caoimhe that she couldn’t sleep last night because she was thinking about what she had said yesterday.

“I’ve come to a conclusion,” she said. “It’s not real. Nothing's real in here.”

“I don’t think you really do fancy him,” agreed Caoimhe.

“I think what it is, is 'cause I ain't seen no-one else for ages,” Josie explained.

Later, the Bristolian told Mario that she doesn’t really fancy John James, saying: “I’ve called it Big Brother eyes; I think I’ve got Big Brother eyes.”
