John James: "I love you, Josie"

John James told Josie that he loves her, while the pair lay in bed together last night.

Getting close under the covers and whispering to each other into the early hours of the morning, John James revealed his affection for the 25-year-old Bristolian.

"I love you, Josie," he said. "Aww, I love you too, John," replied a delighted Josie.

Earlier, Josie had explained that she was "lucky" to have such a bond with somebody else in the house.

"I'm just happy that you care about me," she said. "How did you know I meant it?" asked John James.

Josie responded: "Probably when you started crying in the Diary Room. I just feel lucky."

The pair hugged and remained close throughout the night as the other housemates slept.
