John James tries to flee after Josie row

John James tried to break out of the house this afternoon after Josie appeared annoyed with him.

The pair had napped cuddled up in the same bed this afternoon, with Josie showering the Australian with compliments.

"I've never met someone like you John," she began. "I know you'll always be a friend.

"In a way I don’t ever want to leave here now but I would like to see what were like out there about each other... you just get better every day."

However, things took a turn for the worse later when John James proposed that the duo no longer share a bed in case he was leading the Bristolian on, going on to compare the situation to Shabby's attraction to Caoimhe.

As Josie got annoyed and began walking away, he asked her to talk about it with him.

"What do you want me to say now, John?" she said. "Why do you want to talk about everything? I'm just saying I'm not being compared - for you to think that, imagine what everyone else is thinking."

After Josie left, John James followed her to the bathroom and told her that he "never meant to hurt her", before relaying the situation to JJ.

"Josie fancies me and that I said we might want to move beds or something 'cause it might get out of hand, it might be made to look like the whole Caoimhe leading Shabby on," he explained.

"She said like we care about each other in different ways but you know that I fancy you. I said you never said that, you said you had feelings. When I asked her she said not strong feelings, just feelings."

He added: "I care about her more than I've cared abut a lot of people."

As JJ promised John James he would talk to Josie on his behalf, he repeatedly asked the Australian if he was okay and followed him to the garden where Josie was sitting.

"What you talking to JJ about? It's so obvious," Josie said.

John James then pushed open the door to the old 'mole hole' before JJ had the chance to grab him back. As other housemates fled to the garden to see what was happening, they began shouting through the mirrored glass at him.

"John, stop making a show of me, come back in now," Josie shouted.

John James soon emerged through the mole hole door - to cheers from the other housemates.

"I don’t want to hurt you, Jose," he said when the pair were alone.

Josie replied: "You're not, bloody hell... we're mates, you won't ever leave me here, will you?"

However, as John James headed to the Diary Room to nominate, she added: "It looked like you ran away 'cause I felt for you… that is so embarrassing."
