The self-proclaimed cougar said that she expects to see Corin's "cold determined" side come to the fore in the house in the final days.
"There's a cynical side to Corin. She's very strong, quite cold and determined, but she puts on this sunny appearance," she told DS.
"She tries to come across as goofy and endearing, but some of it is fake and put-on. I think she's quite a snake. I'll stop trying to be so diplomatic! I think she's quite dark.
"I don't think she's horrible and nasty, but I think she's determined to make it to the end. Whether it is fancying JJ, or the singing and dancing performing seal stuff, she'll do whatever it takes."
Jo, who backed Josie to win the final series of the reality show, said that she will be disappointed if Corin ends up as the victor.
"She is doing everything she can to win it. I think she is willing to pull everything out of the bag," said the 41-year-old. "You know in there when the cameras are turning to you and focusing on what you are saying. And she played that game as well as anybody. She loves it."
Big Brother 11 continues nightly on Channel 4.
