After requesting to depart last night, John James eventually agreed to sleep on his decision and speak to Big Brother this morning.
JJ spoke with John James once they were awake and questioned whether he had decided to stay in the house, to which John James replied vaguely that he wasn't sure and didn't really want to be there.
"I just think the whole thing is an absolute farce, to be honest," Corin told David, referring to John James wanting to leave in order to apologise to Rachael and Nathan.
"I thought he would be more concerned about the public hating him after what he did yesterday and not whether Nathan will get angry with him," David replied.
Corin suggested that John James wouldn't have wanted to apologise to Rachael if he hadn't known that Nathan was now dating her.
Sam later teased housemates when John James was in the Diary Room by mimicking the Big Brother announcer and saying, "John James has now left the Big Brother house".
Speaking with Corin, JJ said that he believed John James would definitely leave today, to which Corin responded that he shouldn't give out criticism if he can't take it.
