With only five days left until BB11 comes to a close, the ex-mole stated that he wished the two biggest fans amongst the housemates could make it to the last day of the series.
"There's nothing I'd want more but I'm not going to embarrass myself 'cause I know it won't happen," Corin predicted.
"Just one more week, just one more week!" Mario exclaimed, before issuing a plea to the audience. "Come on guys, can't you see number one and number two most desperate to win, we need to be in the final!"
After arguing his case, Mario hoped that the revelation of his past nomination for Steve wouldn't make him fall out of favour with the public.
"I can easily say that is the worst nomination I ever said," he claimed, clarifying: "I think Steve is really sexy. If he were gay and I saw him in the bar I would definitely go up and speak to him."
The 28-year-old fashion designer then worried that he may have come across as too depressed or boring during his time in the house.
"I have to say my party side of me has been really leashed in the house," he insisted. "It hasn’t had much of a chance to come out. Good music playing and drinks when I want to drink, that’s when I [have fun]."
The pair also reflected on the time when they were both nominated for eviction against Ife, a moment that Mario described as "a worst case scenario".
"I thought it would have been me that week," Corin confessed. "And here we are 37 days later," Mario noted.
The Katie Price lookalike continued that she wouldn't be upset if it was her time to go tomorrow. Mario commented that her invitation to spend the weekend partying with Nathan put her in a strange win-win scenario.
"Speak for yourself, I want to be here ‘til the final," Corin quipped, adding that she might have to reject Nathan's invitation out of fear that her attraction to him could make it too awkward around his girlfriend Rachael.
