Freederm served as the main sponsor for the show during its final series on Channel 4 last year. The multi-platform sponsorship includes the main show, Celebrity Big Brother and spinoff Big Brother's Bit On The Side, reports Brand Republic.
The company's branding will appear on all marketing for the reality series, which debuts on Channel 5 next month, hosted by former winner Brian Dowling. It will also feature on an official Big Brother app, which will allow users to vote in evictions.
"Freederm is a brand that wants to be associated with fresh, modern and innovative partners," brand manager Virginia Mellis said. "In Channel 5 and Big Brother we have achieved that objective."
Nick Bampton, commercial sales director of Channel 5, added: "Big Brother is a unique fame-building property and in Freederm we have found a likeminded organisation that believes in the value of a broader partnership arrangement."
Channel 5 is said to be continuing to discuss further opportunities with other brands for potential product placement and licensing deals.
A new Big Brother promo featuring ex-housemates will debut on Channel 5 at 9.55pm tonight.
